We recently experienced a delay with our member ID card print production, and some Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island (BCBSRI) members may not have received their cards. They should receive their permanent member ID cards in the mail in the next several weeks. In the meantime, we have sent members a letter and told them to present it to their providers as proof of insurance coverage for themselves and anyone covered on their plan.
